Cars By Dono specializes in custom digital artwork, including but not limited to vehicle illustrations, stylized graphics, logos, prints, and other digital or printable creative works (“Artwork”).
All Artwork is created digitally and delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.
2. Orders & Custom Artwork
By placing an order or requesting custom Artwork, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including reference images, specifications, and requested styles.
- Custom Artwork is created based on the information you provide.
- Minor revisions may be offered at our discretion; extensive revisions may incur additional fees.
- Once work has begun, custom orders are non-refundable.
3. Turnaround Times
Any timelines or delivery estimates provided are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to revisions, communication delays, or workload volume.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is required before final delivery of Artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:
- All sales are final
- No refunds will be issued once work has commenced or files have been delivered
5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All Artwork created by Cars By Dono remains the intellectual property of Cars By Dono unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Artwork for personal or approved commercial purposes as agreed at the time of purchase.
You may not:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Artwork
- Claim the Artwork as your own creation
- Modify the Artwork for resale without written permission
Cars By Dono reserves the right to display completed Artwork in portfolios, websites, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Client-Provided Materials
You represent that you own or have permission to use any images, logos, or reference materials you provide. Cars By Dono is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations arising from client-provided materials.
7. Third-Party Links
This Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cars By Dono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Website or the Artwork provided.
