Services Provided<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cars By Dono specializes in <strong>custom digital artwork<\/strong>, including but not limited to vehicle illustrations, stylized graphics, logos, prints, and other digital or printable creative works (&#8220;Artwork&#8221;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All Artwork is created digitally and delivered electronically unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Orders &amp; Custom Artwork<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>By placing an order or requesting custom Artwork, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including reference images, specifications, and requested styles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Custom Artwork is created based on the information you provide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minor revisions may be offered at our discretion; extensive revisions may incur additional fees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once work has begun, <strong>custom orders are non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Turnaround Times<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any timelines or delivery estimates provided are approximate and not guaranteed. Payment &amp; Refund Policy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Payment is required before final delivery of Artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the custom and digital nature of our services:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All sales are <strong>final<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued once work has commenced or files have been delivered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Intellectual Property &amp; Usage Rights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All Artwork created by Cars By Dono remains the <strong>intellectual property of Cars By Dono<\/strong> unless a written agreement states otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon full payment, clients are granted a <strong>non-exclusive, non-transferable license<\/strong> to use the Artwork for personal or approved commercial purposes as agreed at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You may not:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Artwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Claim the Artwork as your own creation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modify the Artwork for resale without written permission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Cars By Dono reserves the right to display completed Artwork in portfolios, websites, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Client-Provided Materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You represent that you own or have permission to use any images, logos, or reference materials you provide. Cars By Dono is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations arising from client-provided materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
